MCP server

The same tools over the Model Context Protocol, for any MCP client and any model.

The MCP server is anonymous and read-only. It runs no model: the client brings its own.

Connect

Streamable HTTP: http://localhost:3070/mcp (or <your base URL>/mcp when hosted).
stdio: run pnpm mcp:stdio from the repository root, or point your client at it:

A client that only speaks stdio can also reach the HTTP endpoint through a bridge such as mcp-remote.

Tools: market_snapshot, area_price_trend, compare_areas, market_map, rent_options, rental_yield, affordability, rent_vs_buy, offplan_cashflow and renewal_check. All carry readOnlyHint.
Results: structuredContent with the full output (charts as ChartSpec, maps as MapSpec plus GeoJSON) and a text version with the summary, a table for maps, notes, the source and the attribution.

Actions and personal data never reach the MCP server: send_brief and plan live only in the chat.

It connects with the official MCP TypeScript client, lists the tools, calls compare_areas and reads the methodology resource.
